I used to hate Verizon. They're expensive, had bad customer service, bad phone selection, and did I mention they were expensive? But lately they have been doing things that are making it harder for me to really not like them. Of course they have one of the best networks around (which is why I have stayed with them) and their high speed coverage is good. I have been trying to stack up the bad things so that I have more reason to jump ship (and buy an iPhone) but they keep surprising me lately. First I called a while back because I had drastically gone over my allotment of text messages. I figured that they were gonna make me pay and that I better change my plan so that it didn't happen again the next month. What does the CSR do? He makes the change retroactive for the current month and saves me about $110. THEN, my phone breaks and I was sure that they were gonna give me a hard time about getting fixed. Nope, after a wait they just hand me a new one. A NEW ONE! Now I'm reading stories like this that says that Verizon is more worried about customer satisfaction then appeasing Hollywood. If they keep this kinda thing up, I may have to extend my contract. And I was so close to getting an iPhone.

Crystal clear, like domestic beer.
