I think the new g6's are pretty nice...not a GTO, but still pretty nice. I already know that Vincent is gonna bitch about it though. He hates all pontiacs.

Yes and No. I think the exterior of the car kinda sucks, but functionally the GTOs are great cars. For about the same price you used to be able to get a Chevy Camaro, but the 2006 GTOs have a more powerful engine (400HP LS2 as opposed the the 350HP LS1 in the Camaro) and I think the interior int he GTOs is nicer than anything the Camaros had. Basically you are getting corvette power for 10-15k less. As far as I am concerned, that's a deal. The 2007 GTOs are supposed to be all re-designed and completely built state side, instead of being mostly built in OZ (Australia). You'd be hard pressed to find another car that has the same capabilities as the GTO for something close to the same price.
And really, nothing beats a great thumping chevy V-8. I know there are people who can get 400HP from 6 cylinders but it just seems weak compared to a V8. Magnuson makes a Roots style super charger for the GTOs. It's supposed to bring the total power in the car to around 600HP. That's super car range!
